Dining options

For our guests, we have negotiated the possibility of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the immediate vicinity of Chata Markétka at Prázov Bouda (approx. distance 20m).

Breakfast: CZK 130 (covered plate - cold meats, cheeses, butter, marmalade, vegetables, eggs), yogurt, tea, coffee with milk. By agreement, breakfast on request (healthy breakfast, breakfast for children, etc.).
Lunch: according to the current offer.
Dinner: CZK 200 (choice of 2 dishes).

Refundable deposit CZK 5,000 incl. VAT.
A beer tap is available upon request and upon payment of rent and a refundable deposit.
The refundable deposit will be returned upon return and inspection of the bar.

Grill briquettes for outdoor grill
Available for purchase for 120 CZK / 1 pack of 2.5 kg.

Possibility of ordering catering
If interested, we can provide external catering from Srub Karolina.

Detailed information

Rental of the entire cottage = rental of all accommodation units, common areas, garden including all its accessories offered by us.
Prices include VAT (10%) and include a mandatory fee to the municipality of CZK 10 per day and person over 18.
Minimum number of nights: 2.
Extra beds are available on request.
Children up to 2.99 years old do not pay for their stay (without the right to a bed).
Payment must be sent in advance to our ČSOB account: 272117085/0300
The total usable area of the cottage is 435.65m²
The services of the grounds manager, who takes care of the running of the Markétka cottage, are also included: mowing the lawn, cleaning the pool, clearing snow. He will be happy to help you in case of any technical problem, or give advice on where to go on a trip in the area and where to eat well.

Cancellation Terms

If you decide to cancel your stay, we charge the following cancellation fees:

When canceling the stay 30 or more days before the planned arrival at the accommodation: 0% of the amount of the advance payment.
If the stay is canceled 30 to 14 days before the planned arrival at the accommodation: 50% of the amount of the advance payment.
If the stay is canceled 14 to 7 days before the planned arrival at the accommodation: 75% of the amount of the advance payment.
When canceling the stay 7 days to 1 day before the planned arrival at the accommodation: 100% of the amount of the paid deposit.
