Privacy Policy

  1. The company Top1 Service Group Limited s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation.
  2. The following personal data/categories of personal data are processed for the purpose of accommodation: name, surname, date of birth, address, email, telephone, number and type of document, based on a questionnaire filled in by the guest.
  3. The company will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the company on the basis of personal data processing contracts. The company will keep personal data for 1 year.
  4. The guest has the right of access to his personal data processed by the company, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, and the right to object to the processing.
  5. The guest also has the right to obtain from the company personal data concerning the guest and to which entity the company provided the data.
  6. If a guest believes that their personal data is being processed without authorization, they can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
  7. The administrator of personal data is Top1 Service Group Limited s. r. o. and the authorized person is Ing. Markéta Horká.
